Puri to See Lord Jaganaths Suna Besa(Golden Form)

Its only during the Rath Yatra and during Bauda (When the Lord returns to the temple) from his mausi/Masi's place where he had gone to get well that you can actually touch him or embrace him. You have to do this at night or early morning while the Lord is still on his charriot. Climbing the rath without any ladders is hadazdus as many have found out. And then there are the biggest obstaclus of them all the Pandas who have to be bribed not only to climb the Rath but also to touch the Lord otherwise you will get pushed away.
